What is Therapy?

Therapy, also called psychotherapy or counseling, is the process of meeting with a therapist to discuss or resolve any challenges you might be having in your life. These challenges could include feelings of sadness or anxiety, problematic behaviors, negative feelings, relationship issues, and any other life difficulties you would want to discuss with a therapist.

What Do You Do?

Using a variety of techniques and strategies I’ll try to help you find the “best” version of yourself so you can live your life to the fullest – regardless of the difficulties you might be facing. Therapy can help you feel as though you finally have a sense of direction in your life and better methods for managing your thoughts and emotions.

Is It Right for You?

Whether an individual working to improve themselves, a couple working to resolve conflict or a family working to develop new ways of communication, I will do my best to serve as your guide in the best way that fits you and your needs. And in the event I am not the best match for you as a therapist, I’ll do my best to find another mental health counselor for you.
