A Better Version of Yourself

Individual therapy is a brave first step towards improving mental health and allowing a professional to help guide you in that process. With compassion and understanding, I’ll do my best to listen to your concerns while helping you address whatever challenges you might have in your life. Within our one-on-one sessions, I’ll help you explore your feelings, address problematic behaviors, work through challenging memories, better understand yourself and work towards whatever desired changes you want in your life. Whether you’re trying to cope with a specific loss or negative event or simply trying to improve yourself as a person or gain self-knowledge, I’ll work to help you find the best version of yourself.

Simultaneously, I’ll bring a wide variety of skills and therapeutic techniques to our sessions, including anxiety reduction, mindfulness meditation, CBT, and psychological testing. I pride myself on uniquely tailoring my approach to therapy depending on the needs of every one of my clients.
